How to Add Your Card in WHMCS for Automatic Monthly Payments (PayFast)
To make billing easier and ensure your services stay active without interruption, MHlophe Tech supports automatic recurring payments using PayFast. By saving your card details securely during checkout, your monthly invoice can be paid automatically, helping you avoid missed payments or service suspensions.
Why Add Your Card?

Step 1: Log Into Your Client Area
- Go to the MHlophe Tech client portal
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Login to access your dashboard
Step 2: Navigate to Payment Methods
- Inside your client dashboard, click on Billing
- Select Payment Methods
- Click Add New Payment Method
Step 3: Add Your Card via PayFast
- Select PayFast as your payment method
- Choose Credit/Debit Card
- Enter your card details securely on the PayFast checkout page
- Complete the verification step (OTP or bank approval if required)
Step 4: Enable Automatic Billing
- Once your card is saved, it will be linked to your account
- Future invoices will automatically be charged on the due date
- You will receive email notifications before and after each billing cycle
Important Information
- All card information is securely processed by PayFast
- MHlophe Tech does not store or have access to your full card details
- You can remove or change your payment method at any time in your client area
- If a payment fails, your service may be temporarily suspended until payment is received
Common Questions
Will I be charged automatically every month?
Yes. Once your card is saved and enabled for recurring billing, we will automatically process your monthly invoice through PayFast.
Is it safe to save my card?
Yes. PayFast handles all sensitive card information using secure PCI-compliant systems. MHlophe Tech does not store or view your card details.
Can I still pay manually?
Yes. You can still pay invoices manually via EFT or other available payment methods if preferred.
What happens if my card fails?
If a payment fails, you will be notified and given time to update your payment method or settle the invoice before your service is suspended.
