MHlophe Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Services. MHlophe Host's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
