Data Rollover Terms & Conditions

MHlophe Tech rollover data allows eligible unused capped data balances to carry forward into the next calendar month, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

• Rollover applies only to qualifying capped data products.
• Uncapped, promotional, free, or once-off bonus allocations may not qualify for rollover.
• Rollover eligibility may vary depending on the selected package.

2. Rollover Period

• Unused monthly data may roll over to the following month if the service remains active and paid.
• Rolled over data expires after the rollover validity period assigned to the package.
• Expired rollover data cannot be restored or refunded.

3. Usage Priority

• Rollover data will generally be consumed before newly allocated monthly data.
• Bonus or promotional allocations may be consumed according to network policy rules.

4. Service Cancellation

• All rollover balances are forfeited upon cancellation or suspension of the service.
• Rollover balances are not transferable to cancelled accounts.

5. Data Transfers

• Transferred data retains the original expiry date.
• Transferred rollover balances may not qualify for additional rollover periods.
• MHlophe Tech reserves the right to reverse transferred data where abuse, fraud, or payment reversals occur.

6. Expiry Rules

• Data allocations expire automatically once the expiry period has elapsed.
• Unused balances remaining after expiry are permanently removed from the account.
• No credits or refunds will be issued for expired allocations.

7. Fair Usage & Abuse

• Rollover services remain subject to Fair Usage Policies and network management rules.
• Abuse of rollover systems, automated transfers, or resale of data is prohibited.
• MHlophe Tech reserves the right to suspend rollover functionality for abusive usage patterns.

8. Availability

• Rollover functionality depends on upstream provider support and system availability.
• MHlophe Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted rollover processing or real-time balance updates.

9. Amendments

MHlophe Tech reserves the right to modify rollover rules, expiry periods, or eligibility requirements at any time without prior notice.
