Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the required notice period and submission deadlines for cancelling any MHlophe Tech services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. Cancellation Request Deadline

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted on or before the 25th day of the month.
  • Requests submitted after the 25th will only be processed in the following billing cycle.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure cancellation requests are submitted on time via the correct channel.

2. Notice Period Requirement

  • A minimum of one full calendar month’s notice is required for all cancellations.
  • The notice period begins once the cancellation request has been successfully submitted and confirmed.
  • Services will remain active during the notice period and remain billable.

3. Billing During Cancellation Period

  • Clients remain responsible for all charges incurred during the notice period.
  • No prorata refunds will be issued for partially used months.
  • Services will continue until the end of the final billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

4. How to Submit a Cancellation

  • All cancellations must be submitted via the MHlophe Tech Client Control Panel.
  • Email, phone, WhatsApp, or informal requests are not accepted unless confirmed in writing.
  • Clients must ensure they receive confirmation that the cancellation has been logged successfully.

5. Service Suspension & Termination

  • If a cancellation is not submitted correctly, services will continue to renew automatically.
  • Non-payment does not constitute cancellation and may result in suspension or debt recovery action.

6. Equipment & Data

  • Any hardware provided may need to be returned depending on the service agreement.
  • All data, configurations, and service-related information may be permanently deleted after termination.
  • Clients are responsible for backing up any required data before cancellation completion.

7. Special Conditions

  • Promotional or contract-based services may have additional cancellation penalties or minimum terms.
  • Early termination fees may apply where applicable.

8. Policy Updates

MHlophe Tech reserves the right to update or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
